  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition to qualify for a return.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • Returns will be processed upon receipt of the returned item and are subject to inspection.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or an error was made by us.
